Process Engineer (L2)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Mastering data analysis for a specific production line, independently executing routine process improvements, taking ownership of OEE and scrap reduction for a defined area, and effectively communicating technical issues.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently achieving OEE and scrap targets on your assigned line.
- Successfully leading 2-3 smaller, independent process improvement projects.
- Proactively identifying process issues and proposing data-backed solutions.
- Positive feedback from Production Supervisors on your collaboration and problem-solving.

Manufacturing Engineer (L2)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Developing and optimising manufacturing methods, tooling design, NPI support, and a strong understanding of product design for manufacturability. You'd be bringing a practical, hands-on engineering perspective.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully implementing new tooling or fixtures that improve quality or efficiency.
- Playing a key role in the successful launch of new products from a manufacturing perspective.
- Demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot production issues related to design or tooling.
- A clear passion for process optimisation, not just product design.

Quality Engineer (L2)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep expertise in quality control, statistical analysis, root cause analysis for defects, and QMS (Quality Management System) knowledge. You'd be bringing a strong focus on preventing defects and ensuring compliance.
You're ready to move on when
- Leading successful CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventative Action) investigations that prevent recurrence.
- Developing and implementing effective inspection and testing protocols.
- Strong command of SPC and other statistical tools for quality control.
- A desire to move from identifying defects to proactively preventing them through process design.
