- Can independently map a simple end-to-end process.
- Proactively identifies minor process issues and suggests solutions to their supervisor.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of Lean principles like 5S and Muda.

Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Analyst
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Supply chain modelling, inventory management, logistics optimisation, understanding global freight and warehousing operations, data analysis specific to supply chain KPIs.
You're ready to move on when
- Has successfully optimised a part of the supply chain (e.g., reduced transport costs, improved inventory turns).
- Understands the impact of supply chain decisions on overall operational efficiency.
- Can analyse complex supply chain data and present actionable insights.
- Has experience working with ERP systems in a supply chain context.
