- You've owned a significant P&L impact (£1M+) from your team's initiatives.
- You're comfortable presenting and defending strategic proposals to senior executive committees.

- Deep operational domain expertise combined with a proven ability to use advanced analytics to solve complex problems. You'd be bringing a 'user' perspective to the OR function.

- You've led a large operational function (e.g., Head of Logistics for a region) with P&L responsibility.
- You've successfully implemented data-driven changes that significantly improved operational metrics.
- You have a strong understanding of OR principles and their practical application, even if you weren't building models daily.

- You've led multiple multi-million-pound operational transformation projects for clients.
- You're adept at managing senior client relationships and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- You have a broad exposure to different operational models and OR applications across industries.
