4-6 years as an L5Skills to master
- Leading RCM and FMEA programmes across multiple sites, developing and implementing advanced predictive maintenance strategies, and demonstrating a strong commercial understanding of reliability investments.

- Proven ability to influence site management without direct authority.
- Successful implementation of multi-site reliability improvement projects with measurable ROI.
- Deep expertise in data analysis and translating technical insights into business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Deep understanding of the entire production value chain, P&L ownership for a significant operational area, and a track record of integrating maintenance strategy seamlessly with production goals.

- Consistently achieving production targets while optimising costs and maintaining quality.
- Demonstrable experience in managing cross-functional operational teams.
- A clear understanding of how maintenance impacts overall operational performance and profitability.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to drive results across different functions.
