Warehouse Operative / Team Leader
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of physical warehouse operations, inventory handling, picking/packing processes, and informal leadership skills in guiding a small team on the floor. You'll know the physical flow inside out.
You're ready to move on when
- Recognised by peers as a go-to person for operational questions on the floor.
- Successfully led a small team or shift for a period.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve physical inventory discrepancies.

Customer Service Representative (Logistics Focus)
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Exceptional customer communication, problem-solving for delivery issues, understanding order lifecycle, and managing customer expectations. You'll have a strong 'customer first' mindset.

- Consistently high customer satisfaction scores related to logistics queries.
- Proven ability to resolve complex delivery problems with external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of how customer issues translate into operational tasks.
