- Experience in leading small teams or shifts, where you've had to enforce rules and procedures.

- Product quality standards, inspection techniques, non-conformance identification, basic root cause analysis, documentation.
You're ready to move on when
- A proven track record of accurate quality inspections and identifying product or process defects.
- Experience in documenting non-conformances and participating in initial investigations.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Understanding of quality management system principles (e.g., ISO 9001).
