- Has successfully managed health-related aspects of EHS programmes.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills in identifying health trends from EHS data.
- Has actively sought out and completed OH-specific training and certifications.
- Recognised as the 'health expert' within a broader EHS team.

- Proven ability to design and implement health interventions at a community or population level.
