You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeds expectations on project delivery and programme impact.
- Proactively identifies and proposes solutions to organisational challenges.
- Receives positive feedback from senior stakeholders on influence and collaboration.
- Successfully mentored 1-2 junior colleagues, helping them grow their skills.

L&D Manager / Talent Manager (External Hire)
8-12 years in L&D/Talent roles, with a focus on ODSkills to master
- Strong background in broader L&D functions (e.g., digital learning, compliance training), proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, and experience in a company of similar size/complexity.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a small team or significant projects with clear people management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically, not just tactically.
- Experience working with senior leadership to define talent priorities.
- A portfolio showcasing successful OD programme design and implementation.

5-8 years as an HRBPSkills to master
- Deep understanding of business unit operations, strong generalist HR knowledge, and a desire to specialise in organisational effectiveness. You'll need to develop expertise in OD methodologies.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivered strong results as an HRBP, particularly in areas related to talent and performance.
- Expressed a clear interest in specialising in OD and demonstrated foundational knowledge.
- Proven ability to diagnose business problems and influence leaders.
- Completed relevant OD certifications or courses.
