- Successfully built and led a legal function from the ground up or through significant transformation.
- Proven ability to manage external counsel relationships and legal budgets effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to advise at the executive level on a range of legal and business issues.

8-10 years as a partnerSkills to master
- Extensive client-facing experience in franchise/dealer law, a deep understanding of varied client needs, and the ability to manage complex legal engagements and client relationships.

- Built a significant book of business or managed key client relationships within the franchise sector.
- Successfully advised multiple clients on high-stakes dealer disputes or network expansion strategies.
