- Independently drafting capability definitions, managing project data, facilitating smaller stakeholder groups, and understanding our core HRIS and talent platforms.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully owned and delivered multiple smaller framework workstreams (e.g., for a specific job family).
- Consistently produces high-quality behavioural anchors and skill definitions with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with mid-level managers and HR Business Partners.
- Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions, rather than just escalating problems.

Senior L&D Specialist / Learning Designer
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Designing and delivering complex learning programmes, understanding learning needs analysis, and demonstrating strong project management skills within L&D. You'd need to pick up the specific framework design skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful learning solutions for specific business needs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience managing complex L&D projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A clear interest and some self-taught knowledge in skills taxonomies or competency modelling.

HR Business Partner (Mid-level)

- Deep understanding of business unit operations, strong employee relations skills, and experience advising managers on talent issues. You'd need to develop the specific framework design and data skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and advise on people strategy.
- Experience in performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
- A keen interest in how skills and capabilities drive business outcomes.
