- Is often sought out by newer colleagues for informal advice or help with techniques.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in understanding the 'why' behind protocols and suggesting minor improvements.

- Adaptation to industry-specific GLP/GDP standards, experience with larger-scale projects, and a focus on process optimisation and reproducibility over novel methodology development.

- Has experience managing multiple projects or complex experimental setups in an academic lab.
- Is familiar with rigorous data recording and analysis, even if not strictly GLP-compliant.
- Can demonstrate strong technical proficiency in core lab techniques relevant to our R&D areas.
