5-7 years in a BA or PM role with significant exposure to process improvement.Skills to master
- Deep dive into Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, formal root cause analysis, process mapping tools, influencing without direct authority, data-driven decision making.
You're ready to move on when
- Can demonstrate a strong understanding of process mapping and analysis techniques.
- Has led projects specifically aimed at efficiency or quality improvement.
- Is comfortable challenging existing ways of working with data.
- Has experience managing complex stakeholder groups and project dependencies.
