5-7 years in corporate development, with a focus on strategic investments or partnerships.Skills to master
- Strong financial acumen, experience in deal sourcing and due diligence, and an understanding of how external ventures integrate with internal innovation. You'd need to build up your internal stakeholder management and 'soft power' skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully identified and integrated strategic partnerships or small acquisitions.
- Developed robust business cases for new ventures or investments.
- Understood the strategic implications of market trends and competitive dynamics.

5-7 years leading complex product portfolios or multiple product lines.Skills to master
