2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Bringing a strong understanding of a specific business domain (e.g., Finance, Operations) and applying analytical skills to process-oriented problems. You'd need to pick up the specific Lean Six Sigma/BPM methodologies quickly.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills from working with diverse teams.
- A clear interest in optimising processes and a track record of identifying inefficiencies.
