You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led 3+ significant safety improvement projects to completion.
- Consistently identified and implemented effective corrective actions for complex incidents.
- Received positive feedback on your mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Demonstrated the ability to influence operational teams without direct authority.

Operations Supervisor with Safety Focus
8-10 years in operations, with 3-5 years focused on safety leadership.Skills to master
- Deep understanding of operational processes, practical application of safety controls, managing frontline teams, and translating safety requirements into daily work instructions. You'll need to build out your formal safety qualifications.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of improving safety performance within an operational team.
- Successfully managed safety compliance for a shift or department.
- Completed a NEBOSH General Certificate and working towards a Diploma.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a production environment.

6-10 years in consulting, with project management experience.Skills to master
- Broad exposure to different industries and safety challenges, strong client management skills, ability to conduct audits and develop management systems. You'll need to adapt to an in-house, hands-on role.

- Successfully delivered multiple safety projects for various clients.
- Experience in developing and implementing ISO 45001-aligned systems.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
- A desire to move from advisory to direct operational responsibility.
