- Deep understanding of policy wordings, claims investigation, negotiation skills, empathy, commercial awareness of claims impact.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong grasp of how policy language translates into claims outcomes.
- Ability to identify potential 'adverse selection' from claims patterns.
- Experience in negotiating settlements and managing difficult conversations.
- A desire to move from managing losses to preventing them.

Brokerage Analyst / Account Handler

- Client relationship management, understanding client needs, market knowledge, negotiation with insurers, presentation skills.
