You're ready to move on when
- Consistently accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Proactive in asking clarifying questions and learning new processes.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Audit Associate (Big Four/Mid-tier Firm)
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Exposure to various clients and industries, understanding audit methodologies, preparing financial statements from scratch, and dealing with complex accounting issues across different companies. Strong client communication.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience auditing large, complex clients (ideally publicly listed).
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to research guidance.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple client engagements.

General Ledger Accountant (Large Corporate)
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of the full general ledger cycle, month-end close processes, intercompany accounting, and exposure to various sub-ledgers. Strong ERP system knowledge.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to manage significant portions of the month-end close.
- Experience with complex reconciliations and journal entries.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve GL discrepancies.
