If you've led broader logistics or operations for 3-5 years, with fleet as a significant component, you might be ready for this step.Skills to master
- Developing a holistic view of the supply chain, integrating fleet strategy with wider logistics, managing complex operational interdependencies, and demonstrating strong cross-functional leadership.
