- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the policy lifecycle.

Underwriting Support Role
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding underwriting guidelines, preparing submission data, liaising with brokers on behalf of underwriters, and basic risk assessment concepts.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong grasp of underwriting terminology and decision-making.
- Effective communication with underwriters and brokers.
- Ability to organise and present complex information clearly.
- Shows initiative in solving pre-underwriting issues.

Claims Administrator / Support
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding how policies respond to claims, processing claims documentation, communicating with claimants, and interpreting policy wording in a claims context.
You're ready to move on when
- Deep understanding of policy coverage from a claims perspective.

- Ability to manage sensitive information and difficult conversations.
