Finance Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Invoice processing and reconciliation, general ledger understanding, strong Excel skills, attention to detail in financial records.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of high accuracy in financial data processing.
- Strong command of Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle NetSuite).
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Junior Claims Handler (Broker/Carrier side)
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding of claims lifecycle, communication with claimants and adjusters, documentation of claim details, basic policy interpretation.

- Experience managing a portfolio of claims from FNOL to settlement.
- Strong communication skills with external parties.
- Ability to interpret basic policy wordings and exclusions.
- Understands the importance of timely claim reporting and documentation.
