- Proactive identification of cross-sell opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client queries and basic claims independently.

Broker Support / Account Coordinator (L1)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Mastering administrative tasks, processing certificates and endorsements accurately, supporting AMs with renewal preparation, and developing a foundational understanding of insurance products and processes.
You're ready to move on when
- Exceptional accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Reliable and timely completion of all support duties.
- Proactive learning and asking insightful questions.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic policy structures and client needs.

Underwriter / Claims Adjuster (from carrier side)
5-7 years (transition time)Skills to master
- Understanding the brokerage model, shifting from an underwriting/claims mindset to a client advocacy role, and building strong client relationship management skills.

- Deep technical understanding of insurance products and risk assessment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
