- Deep understanding of the full cash collection cycle, advanced dispute resolution, cash forecasting, and experience with dunning strategies.

- Successfully managing a large AR portfolio and reducing DSO.
- Expertise in handling complex customer payment plans or disputes.
- Strong communication skills for sensitive customer interactions.
