You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeding AUM and client retention targets for a significant book of HNW clients.
- Successfully mentoring and developing 2-3 junior wealth managers to the next level.
- Leading significant internal projects (e.g., new product rollouts, process improvements).
- Receiving strong positive feedback from executive leadership on your strategic contributions.

Lead Islamic Wealth Strategist (L4)
8-12 years of experience, then 3-5 years in that roleSkills to master
- Developing firm-wide model portfolios, vetting new Shari'ah-compliant products, sitting on investment committees, and influencing investment policy. You'll need to show a clear ability to think strategically about products and markets, not just individual clients, and build consensus across senior stakeholders.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully designing and implementing a new Shari'ah-compliant investment strategy for the firm.
- Consistently providing insightful market analysis and product recommendations that lead to tangible business growth.
- Effectively influencing senior stakeholders (e.g., Investment Committee, Shari'ah Board) on strategic decisions.
- Demonstrating strong leadership in cross-functional project teams without direct reporting lines.

Head of Product - Islamic Finance (L4/L5 equivalent)
8-15 years of experience, then 3-6 years in that roleSkills to master
- Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of Shari'ah-compliant financial products, from ideation and market research to launch and ongoing management. This means deep product knowledge, commercial acumen, and strong project management skills, often with a team of product managers.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully launched multiple profitable Shari'ah-compliant products that met market demand.
- Proven ability to manage product P&L and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong track record of working with Shari'ah Boards and legal teams to ensure product compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing a team of product specialists.
