- Consistently received positive feedback on mentorship and team guidance.
- Proactively identified and resolved significant operational issues.
- Demonstrated strong commercial awareness and ability to manage external relationships (e.g., auditors).

From Assistant Fund Controller (L4)
2-4 years as an Assistant Fund Controller.Skills to master
- Managing a small team, designing and improving workflows, becoming the go-to expert for technical accounting issues, and taking on more direct responsibility for audit sections and regulatory filings.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed a team of 3-8 direct reports, achieving strong performance metrics.
- Led significant process improvement initiatives with measurable impact.
- Acted as the primary point of contact for auditors on specific fund audits.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking beyond day-to-day tasks, contributing to broader departmental goals.
- Proven ability to make independent, high-stakes decisions within their domain.

Direct entry, assuming 12-16 years of relevant experience.Skills to master
