- Bringing over those high-touch customer service skills, managing guest expectations, handling complaints gracefully, and being adept at using booking and reservation systems. It's all about that guest experience.

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage unexpected situations with composure.
- Experience with property management systems and coordinating with various departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge).
