- You've regularly dealt with customer queries and complaints face-to-face.
- You're comfortable with point-of-sale systems or similar basic tech.
- You can demonstrate a calm and helpful attitude under pressure.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), basic computer literacy, a genuine eagerness to learn, a positive attitude.
You're ready to move on when
- You've shown good academic performance, especially in subjects requiring communication.
- You're comfortable using computers for everyday tasks (email, web browsing).
- You're keen to start a career where you can directly help people.

- Organisational skills, managing communications (phone/email), data entry, using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
You're ready to move on when
- You've regularly handled incoming calls and emails for an organisation.

- You're comfortable following established office procedures.
