You're ready to move on when
- Consistently achieving 90%+ CSAT scores.
- Resolving at least 70% of tickets on first contact.
- Requiring minimal supervision for routine tasks.
- Proactively identifying knowledge base gaps.
- Receiving positive feedback from initial customer interactions.

Retail/Hospitality Customer-Facing Role
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Transferring strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving under pressure, handling difficult customers, and a natural service orientation to a digital environment. Learning our specific product and systems will be key.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong examples of de-escalating customer situations.
- Experience with point-of-sale or booking systems.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated patience and empathy in previous roles.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
