You're ready to move on when
- You're the 'go-to' person for tricky customer issues.
- You consistently exceed individual performance targets (CSAT, FCR).
- You're often asked to help train new hires or cover for team leads.
- You proactively identify process improvements or customer pain points.

Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst (Junior)
1-2 years in the roleSkills to master
- Understanding forecasting methodologies, scheduling principles, real-time adherence management, data analysis (Excel, BI tools), communication with operations teams.
You're ready to move on when
- You have a strong analytical mind and love working with numbers.
- You're fascinated by how schedules impact service levels.
- You're precise and detail-oriented, especially with data.
- You can clearly explain complex data insights to others.

Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
