Compliance Lead / Programme Manager (External Hire)
10-15 years overall experience, with 3-5 years in a Lead or Programme Manager role elsewhere.Skills to master
- Experience in designing and implementing compliance programmes, managing cross-functional projects, and overseeing external audits. You'll bring a fresh perspective and proven leadership from another organisation.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a team or significant compliance programme in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in compliance performance.
- Strong references from previous managers regarding leadership and strategic thinking.
- Clear understanding of our industry's specific regulatory challenges.

EHS/Quality Manager (External Hire, adjacent field)
10-15 years in EHS or Quality Management, with a strong compliance component.Skills to master
- Deep expertise in either environmental, health & safety, or quality management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, 45001, 9001), with a clear understanding of the regulatory overlap. You'll need to demonstrate how your management experience translates.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed an EHS or Quality team responsible for regulatory compliance.
- Experience with external certification audits (e.g., ISO).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex technical standards.
