You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led 2-3 major H&S improvement projects from conception to completion.
- Consistently delivered strong H&S performance for your assigned workstreams or sites.
- Received positive feedback on your ability to coach and develop less experienced colleagues.
- Proactively identified and solved systemic H&S issues, not just reactive fixes.

H&S Manager (from another large organisation)
8-12 years overall H&S experience, with 3-5 years managing a team or multiple sites.Skills to master
- Adapting to our company's specific operational context and culture, quickly building relationships with key regional stakeholders, and demonstrating a track record of driving measurable H&S improvements in a similar environment.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience managing H&S for a comparable scale of operations (e.g., multiple factories, large logistics hubs).
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of H&S professionals.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior operational leaders without direct authority.
