2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of specific operational processes, practical experience with quality checks, safety procedures, or environmental controls, and a 'shop floor' perspective.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce procedures in a previous role.
- Identified and reported process improvements or safety concerns in your operational role.
- Developed a strong understanding of a particular business area's QHSE challenges.

Administrative / Coordinator Role (QHSE Department)

- Familiarity with QHSE documentation systems, exposure to CAPA tracking, understanding of audit scheduling and logistics, and strong organisational skills.
