- Incident investigation, risk assessment, understanding specific H&S or environmental regulations, engaging with operational teams on compliance.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully investigated and closed a range of H&S or environmental incidents.
- You're comfortable conducting risk assessments and recommending controls.
- You've actively contributed to your department's compliance with relevant regulations.
- You're looking to broaden your scope beyond just H&S or Environmental into a more integrated role.
