- Receiving strong feedback from senior stakeholders on your ability to influence and present.
- Your mentees are showing clear signs of development and increased capability.
- You're proactively identifying strategic improvement opportunities, not just executing assigned tasks.

5-7 yearsSkills to master
- Deep expertise in a specific business function (e.g., Head of Operations, Senior Finance Manager) combined with a proven track record of leading significant process improvement initiatives within that function. You'd need to formalise your process methodology knowledge.
You're ready to move on when
- You've led at least 2-3 major process transformation projects within your function, delivering clear, measurable results.
- You've gained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
- You demonstrate a 'systems thinking' mindset, seeing beyond your functional silo.
- You're known for challenging the status quo and driving change from within.

3-5 years at Senior Consultant / Manager levelSkills to master
- Managing complex client engagements, developing strategic recommendations, and leading project teams. You'd need to demonstrate an ability to adapt to an internal corporate environment and build long-term relationships.

- You've led multiple transformation projects for clients, with a focus on process and operating model design.
- You have strong client relationship management skills and can navigate complex political landscapes.
