- Demonstrated success in mentoring 2-3 junior analysts and contributing to their professional growth.
- Consistently sought out by VPs and GMs for your strategic insights on specific market challenges.
- Strong track record of influencing decisions without direct authority, using data and compelling narratives.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Experience managing a team (5-10 people), setting functional priorities, owning a budget, and being accountable for the overall quality and impact of a market intelligence function. You'd already be directing the function and managing people.

- Direct experience managing a team of at least 5 individuals, including performance reviews and career development.
- Proven ability to manage a significant departmental budget (e.g., £500K-£2M).
- Track record of setting and achieving strategic objectives for an entire market intelligence function.
