Typically 10-15 years in a top-tier management consulting firm, specialising in data strategy, digital transformation, or corporate strategy.Skills to master
- Translating strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans, managing complex client relationships, and building high-performing project teams.
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple data strategy engagements for large clients, with demonstrable impact.
- Managed project teams of 5+ consultants.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of internal corporate roles compared to client-facing work.
- Strong grasp of a specific industry sector relevant to Zavmo.

From Director-level Analytics at Another Company
Roughly 16-20 years overall experience, with at least 3-5 years in a similar Director-level role, managing a BI or strategic analytics function.Skills to master
- Adapting to a new company culture, quickly understanding our specific business model and data landscape, and building credibility with new stakeholders.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully built and led a BI function with a similar scope and team size.
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions through data.
- Experience in the SaaS/FinTech industry is a huge plus.
- Can articulate clear examples of driving strategic change through data in previous roles.
