Junior Data Analyst (from another department)
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Adapting analytical skills to customer operations data, learning contact centre specific metrics and terminology, understanding the unique challenges of a service environment, and getting up to speed on our specific operational tools.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong foundational data analysis skills (Excel, BI tools).
- A keen interest in customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ability to quickly learn new domain-specific knowledge.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Contact Centre Team Leader (Internal)
3-4 years (with additional analytical training)Skills to master
- Developing strong analytical skills, particularly in performance reporting and root cause analysis, understanding the 'why' behind agent performance, and learning how to use data to drive team improvements. Often requires some self-study or internal courses in data tools.
