The pathway
How you actually get there, here

- You've successfully led complex investigations independently and trained junior colleagues informally.
- You've taken ownership of a significant compliance process and made improvements.
- You're regularly sought out by peers for advice on complex regulatory matters.
- You've shown initiative in identifying and proposing solutions to systemic issues.
- 2

You're ready to move on when
- You're recognised as a subject matter expert in your field, often consulted by senior management.
- You've taken the initiative to mentor junior specialists or lead project-based teams.
- You've successfully managed complex projects from start to finish.
- You've developed a strong understanding of how your specialism fits into the wider compliance framework.
