- Leading end-to-end workstreams, mentoring junior analysts, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and consistently delivering measurable process improvements. You'll have owned significant chunks of larger programmes.
You're ready to move on when
- You're already taking the initiative to identify new process improvement opportunities.
- You're the go-to person for unpicking complex process problems for your team.
- You've successfully led at least two major workstreams from design to implementation.
- You're comfortable presenting to and influencing managers and directors.

Project Manager (with Process Focus)
4-6 years in PM rolesSkills to master
- Strong project delivery, budget management, risk mitigation, and a deep understanding of how process changes impact project outcomes. You'll have managed projects where process redesign was a core component.
You're ready to move on when
- Your projects consistently deliver on time and budget, with high quality.
- You proactively identify process-related risks and dependencies in your projects.
- You're often asked to help define the 'what' and 'how' of a project, not just manage the 'when'.
- You've successfully managed projects with significant cross-functional involvement.

- Client relationship management, structured problem-solving, rapid process analysis, and developing compelling business cases for change. You'll have worked across various industries, bringing a broad perspective.
You're ready to move on when
- You've led multiple client engagements focused on operational improvement or process transformation.
- You're skilled at quickly diagnosing business problems and proposing viable solutions.
- You're comfortable with high-pressure environments and demanding stakeholders.
- You can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior executives.
