- Led a major product launch or transformation project from conception to market.
- Consistently received positive feedback on stakeholder management and influence.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members informally.

- Bringing a proven track record of managing a major product line or a small portfolio, including P&L accountability, team leadership (even if small), and navigating complex regulatory environments. We'd be looking for strong strategic alignment and cultural fit.

- Managed a product line with significant revenue/profit responsibility.
- Led a team of 3-5 Product Managers or specialists.
- Successfully delivered strategic initiatives in a regulated industry.
- Can articulate a clear vision for product growth and innovation.
