- AWS/Azure/GCP console navigation, managing virtual machines and storage, basic IAM, monitoring cloud resources, understanding cloud billing.

- Can manage cloud resources without constant supervision.
- Has a good grasp of cloud security best practices.
- Comfortable with cloud-native monitoring tools.
- Has experimented with basic scripting for cloud automation.
