- Consistently provided technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Proactively identified and proposed solutions for significant technical challenges.

Senior Cloud Architect (from another organisation)
5-8 years as a Senior ArchitectSkills to master
- Hybrid cloud architecture, cloud governance, FinOps, vendor management, strategic planning, team leadership (even if informal).
You're ready to move on when
- Designed and implemented large-scale cloud solutions for complex enterprises.
- Managed cloud spend and optimisation initiatives for significant budgets.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry or with stringent security requirements.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and gain consensus among diverse teams.

Infrastructure Team Lead (from a smaller organisation)
4-6 years as a Team LeadSkills to master

- Successfully managed a team of 5+ infrastructure engineers, including performance reviews and development.
- Owned a departmental budget and demonstrated cost-saving initiatives.
- Developed and presented technical roadmaps to senior management.
- Experience with a broad range of infrastructure technologies, including virtualisation and cloud.
