- You're regularly asked to present best practices to the wider team.
- Your forecast accuracy is consistently within +/- 10%.
- You've taken initiative on a project that improved sales efficiency or process.

Field Sales Representative (L3 equivalent)
3-5 years in Field SalesSkills to master
- Managing larger, more strategic accounts, building C-level relationships, and a deep understanding of customer business challenges. You'd need to adapt to the inside sales motion and coaching aspects.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to close multi-million pound deals.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining executive relationships.
- Comfortable with a high-volume, fast-paced inside sales environment.
- A desire to lead and develop others in an inside sales context.

- Expertise in top-of-funnel strategy, lead qualification, and managing SDR teams. You'd need to build strong closing skills and strategic account management capabilities.

- Your SDR team consistently hits its MQL/SQL targets.
- You're an expert in sales engagement tools and prospecting strategies.
- You have a strong desire to move into a full-cycle sales leadership role.
- You've demonstrated an ability to coach and develop sales talent.
