- Client relationship management, basic contract renewals, identifying small upsell opportunities, supporting QBRs, internal stakeholder coordination.

- Successfully managing a small portfolio of clients with high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Taking ownership of renewal processes and hitting small expansion targets.
- Effective coordination with internal teams to resolve client issues.

- Achieving high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) scores for your client base.
- Successfully driving product adoption and demonstrating clear value to clients.
