You're ready to move on when
- Consistently accurate execution of practical tasks during your apprenticeship.
- Positive feedback from mentors on your attention to detail and work ethic.
- A portfolio of projects or lab reports demonstrating your technical abilities.

College/University Technical Graduate
Direct entry after completing a HNC, HND, or Foundation Degree in a STEM subject.Skills to master
- Applying theoretical knowledge to practical lab settings, understanding test methodologies, data analysis basics, technical report writing.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong academic performance in practical modules and lab-based assignments.
- Experience with lab equipment from your studies or personal projects.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.

Manufacturing/Production Technician
1-2 years experience in a manufacturing quality control or production test role.Skills to master
- Understanding of product quality, experience with repetitive testing, attention to detail in a production environment, basic troubleshooting.

- Proven track record of accurate and consistent work in a production setting.
- Experience identifying and reporting product defects.
- Desire to move into a more R&D-focused, problem-solving environment.
