If you process 100 risk updates in a month, we'd expect no more than 2 minor errors (e.g., wrong category, missing field) and zero critical errors (e.g., incorrect risk rating, wrong site assigned).

Low-Risk CAPA Closure Rate

The percentage of assigned low-priority Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) that you've tracked and helped close within their agreed deadlines.

Target · 80% within 30 days

If 10 low-risk CAPAs are assigned to you for follow-up in a month, you'll need to ensure at least 8 are marked as complete and verified within 30 days of their assignment, usually by chasing the action owner.

Site Assessment Report Turnaround

The speed at which you prepare and finalise basic site assessment reports after a visit, using our templates.
