- Successfully coordinating work across several teams or processes.
- Effective in training and mentoring junior staff.
- Showing a good understanding of overall production flow and interdependencies.
- Consistently delivering high-quality output and minimising errors.

Graduate Scheme (Operations/Engineering)

- Successful completion of all scheme rotations with positive feedback.
