1-2 years (integrated with formal training)Skills to master
- Practical application of Lean tools, machine operation, quality control techniques, basic problem-solving.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completes all apprenticeship modules and practical assessments.
- Can independently perform a range of core production tasks.
- Shows initiative in identifying minor process improvements.

Warehouse Operative / General Labourer
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Material handling, inventory control, understanding of logistics, physical stamina, attention to detail.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of reliability and attention to detail in previous roles.
- Familiarity with factory environments and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated eagerness to transition into a more direct production role.
