You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting OTIF targets for your assigned shipments.
- Successfully resolving 90% of shipment issues without escalation.
- Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements for routine processes.
- Being the informal 'go-to' person for new joiners on basic tasks.

Supply Chain Analyst (with international focus)
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Advanced data analysis (especially for freight costs and transit times), strong analytical modelling skills, understanding of supply chain network principles, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
You're ready to move on when
- Developing and maintaining key performance dashboards for international logistics.
- Successfully identifying cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
- Presenting analytical findings to operational teams and influencing decisions.
- A solid understanding of our ERP/TMS data structures and how to extract meaningful information.

Customs Brokerage Specialist / Trade Compliance Officer
4-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep expertise in customs regulations, HS classification, origin rules, valuation, and managing import/export declarations. Strong understanding of trade agreements and compliance programmes.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managing complex customs audits or enquiries.
- Developing and implementing internal trade compliance policies.
- Training internal teams on customs requirements and best practices.
- A proven track record of minimising customs duties and avoiding penalties.
