4-6 years in previous roleSkills to master
- Experience managing a team of ABM specialists, owning a significant ABM budget, and a proven track record of driving enterprise-level pipeline in a complex sales environment.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a team of 3+ direct reports.
- Accountable for a budget of £250K+.
- Successfully launched and scaled ABM programmes for enterprise clients.
- Strong references from Sales leadership regarding your partnership.

Marketing Director / Head of Demand Generation (Mid-Market)
5-7 years in previous roleSkills to master
- While not purely ABM, this path requires a strong foundation in demand generation, a clear understanding of the full funnel, and the ability to adapt those skills to an account-centric approach. People management and strategic planning are key.
You're ready to move on when
- Led a full-funnel demand gen team to achieve significant pipeline growth.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking beyond individual campaigns.
- Proven ability to integrate different marketing functions (content, ops, ABM).
- Experience managing a marketing budget of £1M+.
