You're ready to move on when
- Consistently accurate project setup and data entry.
- Reliably managing all administrative tasks for your assigned projects.
- Proactively identifying minor issues and bringing them to your PM's attention.
- Receiving positive feedback from PMs you support on your organisational skills.

Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketing Executive
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding the full marketing campaign lifecycle, coordinating with external vendors, managing small campaign elements, and gaining exposure to creative processes. You'll have a good grasp of the 'why' behind our campaigns.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managing small, self-contained marketing projects (e.g., social media content calendar).
- Demonstrating strong organisational skills in a marketing context.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement in your work.
- Showing a keen interest in the creative production side of marketing.
